Digital Lab is an R&D unit of Nornickel, which looks into the applicability of new technologies and tests them in production processes. In line with the partnership agreement, Digital Lab is based at the Skolkovo Innovation Centre.

The Digital Lab’s projects won awards at the Mine Digital contest of innovative solutions and technologies for digital transformation in the mining industry, held as part of the MINEX Russia 2020 Mining & Exploration Forum.
