NTEC provides law enforcement agencies with copies of official incident reports

The company duly reported the incident in a timely manner acting in line with the emergency response plan.

The information about the leak of diesel fuel was initially received on 29 May 2020 at 12.55 pm from the dispatcher and was confirmed by the CHPP team at 12.57 pm. At 1.08 pm, it was swiftly reported to the Unified Dispatch Department of the Siberian Power System based in Kemerovo.

1.10 pm — the information about the incident was reported to the Single Dispatch Service of the Civil Defence and Emergency Department of the Norilsk administration.

1.20 pm — the information about the incident was reported to the Analysis and Response Centre of the Russian Ministry of Energy in Moscow.

1.49 pm — the information about the incident was reported to the Analysis and Response Centre of the System Operator of the Unified Energy System.

2.59 pm — Emergency Form No 2 was sent to the Single Dispatch Service.

4.41 pm — Emergency Form No 3 was sent to the Single Dispatch Service.

5.05 pm — Emergency Form No 4 was sent to the Single Dispatch Service.

6.40 pm — NTEC’s order on announcing the state of emergency was sent.

After that, NTEC continued to provide authorised bodies with all the information about the emergency and associated response activities on a regular basis.
