As part of its response to the coronavirus outbreak, Nornickel has recently launched a comprehensive employee support programme to provide online assistance to employees looking to find answers to their questions of concern amid the pandemic. The programme is based on the Company’s I Understand platform.
“We launched the programme on 14 October. It seeks to help our employees get answers to their questions online, given that access to other resources and organisations is now limited due to the coronavirus restrictions. These questions may relate to different areas of life and range from healthy lifestyles or bank loans to psychological support. The product was created by a leading national provider with a customer base of around 1,000 legal entities and nearly 680,000 individuals. Our goal is to convey the sense of safety and confidence in the future to our employees,” said Anastasia Perfilyeva, Deputy Director for HR and Social Policy at Nornickel’s Polar Division, in her interview to Severny Gorod newspaper.
